hd33 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

The following methods may be used to deposit funds into your hd33 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks in Bangladesh).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods).
• Deposits will be credited to your account after successful verification.
• Depositing via third-party payment methods is not allowed — the payment method and account must belong to the same person.
• All funds deposited must always come from a personal, lawful source.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.
• Winnings related to bonuses cannot be withdrawn until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification (KYC) is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hd33 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus applies once only and is limited to one account, one device, and one IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• The bonus applies to deposits made via any method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or linked accounts, both accounts may be cancelled.
• hd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate terms apply to other promotional offers, which will be stated in the relevant offer details.

hd33's VIP program has three tiers. Progression from one tier to the next depends on regular gaming activity and platform engagement.

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hd33:

• Placing bets through fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as creating an account solely to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.

If any of the above rules are violated, hd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account without prior notice, forfeit bonuses and related winnings, and take legal action where applicable.

7.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on hd33:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform exercises its right to cancel due to an error.
• In the event of a failure to execute a bet due to a technical issue, the relevant bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• You cannot place a bet for an amount exceeding your account balance.

7.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and many more sports. Example market: betting on the winning team in a match between Bangladesh and India. Each market has specific rules that should be checked before placing a bet.

7.3 Finality of Results

The official result announced by the relevant sport's governing body will be the basis for determining the outcome of bets on hd33. In the event of any dispute, hd33's decision shall be considered final.

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

11.2 Termination by hd33

hd33 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between hd33 and the user, and replace all prior oral or written communications.
